Dave MarchDAVE MARCH

Dave has been in the Food service Industry for almost 30 years, and has been with the same family owned company for 29 of those years. He started in the business in 1973 while still in high school and over the years has been involved in every aspect of the business, from a route salesman to onsite installer. Dave has also worked with customers on restaurant design and layout, rounding out his skills to provide the best service in the industry.

U.E.Q. Corporation was established in 1985 solely as a Used Food service Equipment Company, with first year sales reported at $180,000. As the company grew, Dave could be found coordinating equipment purchases, refurbishing equipment in the shop, and selling and making deliveries himself. Dave’s love for the business prompted him to purchase U.E.Q. Corporation in July, 2002 and drive sales to almost 4 million dollars! As the business blossomed, he added new equipment to the U.E.Q. portfolio making U.E.Q. a one stop shop for the Food service Industry. Today you can find Dave helping customers in the showroom or pitching in helping his staff!

 

MIKE WOLF

Mike joined UEQ in 1990 and has grown with the company over the years. His all around technical skills have set the standard of quality workmanship all of our technicians emulate. Mike has recently been appointed General Manger, reporting to Dave March, His goal is to help insure that March Equipment continues to grow and maintan its high level of quality equipment and customer service.

 


MARSHALL LOEBMarshall Loeb

With more than 30 years of Food service Equipment Sales under his belt, Marshall has found his niche in the business. He has been U.E.Q.’s top salesman for all of his twelve years with us. His prior experience as an Equipment Specialist aids in his ability to exceed in sales. With a long list of repeat customers, Marshall prides himself on providing that personal touch!


Steve LewisSTEVE LEWIS

Steve has been in the Food service Equipment business for 20 years. The last eight years he has been an invaluable part of the U.E.Q. family, earning top sales awards every year. Steve’s experience in the Food service Equipment business prior to sales includes equipment estimator and warehouse manager. As the proprietor of a local Grill and Pub, Steve has working knowledge of the restaurant business and willingly shares his ‘hands on’ experience with the customer.

Peter SterchelePETER STERCHELE

Peter has been on board at U.E.Q. Corporation for two years, and brings with him more than 10 years of experience in the business. With all his experience in the Food service business, Peter is on the fast track to making a name for himself at U.E.Q. He will work hand in hand with the customer to see the job through, from start to finish.

John FloroJOHN FLORO

John has grown up in the Food service Equipment business, gaining experience in all its aspects over the last 29 years. He was an integral part of Joe Floro Store Fixtures until joining UEQ Corporation in August of 2003. He can help customers with all phases of equipment purchasing from design to set-up. Although he has only been with us for a short time, he is already a well seasoned veteran in the industry.


Gary SmithGARY SMITH

Gary has been with U.E.Q. for over 18 years, and remembers when he was one of the five original employees back in 1985. As service manager, he has expertise in all facets of our refurbishing process and has formed lasting relationships with many of our service providers in the Chicago-land area. Gary works with our customers to provide them with great service and satisfaction throughout the warranty period. Gary is available to our customers on an ongoing basis for advice and service referrals. He is happy to help with whatever your question may be. Ask for him by name!
